1/2 orange
8 oz water with Thermoboost drink Mix
32 oz glass of water

Snack:
1 large hamburger

Lunch:
2 All beef hot dogs (not sure if these are aloud? All beef?)
1 medium hamburger with red pepper seasoning and baby spinach

Snack:
Broccoli trees
32 oz water
8 oz with Thermoboost drink mix

Dinner:
1 large hamburger
1/2 orange
8 oz water

Snack:
Celery
8 oz water

First day has gone pretty well, I like hamburger, and they claim the more beef you eat the more weight you loose. They recommend about 2-3 pounds a day, sounds like a lot, but when it is all your eating it is not too much. I do have to pee a lot! But no different than from when I drank 70 oz a day during pregnancy!

First Phase- Preperation

This phase is 3 days long. Here is what you are required to eat:

Unlimited proteins
unlimited green raw vegetables, except peas
Two eggs or egg substitute per day
1/2 orange in the morning and the other half in the evening
80 oz of water per day
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Morton Lite Salt

These foods are NOT to be eaten during the preperation phase.
fruit juices, cooked vegetables, bread, mild, cheese, deli meats, peas, pasta, pork, condiments such as mayo, mustard and ketchup.

You can have LIMITED selections in addition to water:
Coffee- 2 cups regular; four cups decaffeinated
Tea- 2 cups regular; 4 cups decaffeinated
Seasonings- Any natural seasonings that do not have salt, they recommended Mrs.Dash
Diet Soda- 2 12oz cans of clear diet soda
Dressings-oil and vinegar or Kraft No-Fat dressings

Remember this is the preparation phase and it is supposed to prepare your body so you can lose weight safer and faster.

Now about the water intake, I have read a TON of reviews from people complaining about the extreme water intake. 80 oz = 10 8oz glasses a day. This sounds pretty intense! ITS NOT! People who complain about this are...silly....It is always been recommended that on a normal diet the average person drink 64oz of water a day. 64 oz = 8 8oz glasses of water! You are only drinking 2 more glasses, so it's nothing to whine about! Plus the liver needs water to metabolize faster.

Cost and Products

The consultation...
was pretty good! The radio advertised the program at $7 a week, plus the cost of food. After going through the entire meeting I was told the price was actually $5 a week plus the cost of food/supplements.
This put me at about $260 for the entire year! Really not bad. THEN you have to buy the starter pack of supplements which includes:
2 weeks of ThermoBoost drink mix
7 protein bars
7 protein drinks
20 bags cleansing tea
30 multivitamins
120 Fat blocker pills
180 metabolizer pills
90 Carb blocker pills

The starter pack cost about $300. This put me at about $560 to start the program. Pricey yes, but I do feel the Counselor was honest with me and sincere throughout our meeting. She did not try to push me, she basically broke down the program and then said do it if you want, it works if you follow the directions!
